The art library of the Municipal Art Gallery of Larissa – G.I. Katsigras Museum was created in December 2007 to house the art books donated by Georgios Katsigras and make them available to the public interested in that material. The collection counts 3,000 books, 1,170 of which are Katsigras donations, including books on painting, sculpture and engraving.
